This is not a mistake. Because <strong>June 1, 2025, falls on a Sunday<\/strong>, the SSI payment scheduled for that day was <strong>advanced to May 30<\/strong>. As a result, <strong>two payments were issued in May<\/strong>\u2014one for May 1 and one early for June\u2014leaving <strong>no disbursement for June<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>next SSI payment<\/strong> will resume on <strong>Tuesday, July 1, 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"what-is-supplemental-security-income-ssi\">What Is Supplemental Security Income (SSI)?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>SSI<\/strong> provides financial support to Americans who are <strong>aged 65 or older, blind, or living with a qualifying disability<\/strong>. It\u2019s also available to children with eligible disabilities.
