Launched in 2020 in a vacant Richmond lot, RendezViews quickly became:

✔ Home to creative seasonal pop-ups, including winter-themed experiences
✔ A must-visit summer patio spot with a lively, community-driven atmosphere
Given RendezViews’ continued success, The Fifth Group has seemingly prioritized this outdoor venture over reopening its closed indoor spaces—until now.
A New Chapter: What’s Next for The Fifth Complex?
With the closure of Selva, The Fifth Group has officially begun work on its next major restaurant project, once again collaborating with Chef Nuit Regular and the team behind Pai—one of Toronto’s most beloved Thai restaurants.
Although specific details remain under wraps, the new concept is expected to open in spring 2025, marking a significant revival of the Fifth Complex’s indoor dining experience.
